Why does it always seem like the least experienced fisherman (or in this case fisherwomen) always catches the biggest fish? On her first time fishing in the Chesapeake Bay, and 10th fishing trip ever, Blair Wheeler of Herndon, VA caught one of the three striped bass in the entire Bay tagged by the Department of Natural Resources as a "Diamond Jim" with a $25,000 bounty on its head. Wheeler caught Mr. Jim while on a birthday fishing trip for her brother and husband aboard the charter Hook Mash out of Deale, MD.
